Period of Collection
Collection and delivery of items should be arranged within two weeks of notification. Items which remain uncollected will be released for sale. For exceptional circumstances, kindly contact us for arrangements.

Local delivery can be arranged for between SGD 3.50 to SGD 6.50 depending on size of item.
Kindly indicate your preference if you wish to arrange for delivery when collection notification is sent.
We are based in Singapore and overseas deliveries are made via Singpost / Speedpost , DHL Ecommerce & other local delivery partners

Postal rates are determined based on the weight of the item and the location.

Return and Refund Policy
Products with quality issues will be resolved by provision of replacement parts. Only when replacement parts cannot be obtained will exchanges or refunds be offered.
Paint issues and loose joints are generally not eligible for refund or exchange.
Request for replacement parts, refunds or exchanges have to be submitted within 1 month of receipt. For refunds and exchanges, the original item purchased have to be returned to us (shipping to be paid for by buyer).
Sale items are not eligble for refund or exchanges.
