Period of Collection

Collection and delivery of items should be arranged within two weeks of notification. Items which remain uncollected will be released for sale. Deposits paid for uncollected orders are non-refundable. For exceptional circumstances, kindly contact us for arrangements.

Local Delivery


Local delivery can be arranged for between SGD 6 to SGD 34 depending on size of item.

Kindly indicate your preference if you wish to arrange for delivery when collection notification is sent.

We are based in Singapore and overseas deliveries are made via Singpost / Speedpost , Aramex, New Zealand Post (NZ Post) & other local delivery partners

Return and Refund Policy

Products with quality issues will be resolved by provision of replacement parts. Only when replacement parts cannot be obtained will exchanges or refunds in the form of store credits be offered.

Paint issues and loose joints are generally not eligible for refund or exchange. 

Request for replacement parts, refunds or exchanges have to be submitted within 1 month of receipt. For refunds and exchanges, the original item purchased have to be returned to us (shipping to be paid for by buyer). 

Sale items are not eligble for refund or exchanges. 

Do note refunds will not be provided for customer change of mind or any delays resulting from manufacturer or shipping.
